I don't know for sure but alot of sports are really competitive like Hockey, and Football. other sports like Swimming Diving Skateboarding, Dirt biking and well any other individual sport is not as competitive as team sports i think that's because teams can get more violent other other side individual sports are more like playing with friends but very serious when you watch individual sports on T.V the other competitors are happy for one another even if they do get beat sometimes it looks like there all family and its so fun to watch but when you flick on say Hockey or Lacrosse sometimes they get violent like dropping they gloves and stuff like that's not to mention the rivalries between teams (Toronto Maple Leafs vs. Montreal Canadians the biggest rivalry) have fun :)
