∙ 15y agoWell my friend is 12 and she throws in a 14u team...she throws high 40 like 49. If she keeps her pitches low they would go faster and she got up to 54ish mph the last time she was times. If she wants to get faster a good drill is to do your windmill motion three times. On the third time release the ball. It helps if you do about ten a day. Just saying my 12 year old friend doesn't do that drill to often, but she says it helps a lot, and it may feel weird the first few times you do this drill.
