If it is a home game, they will play at Busch Stadium. If it is away, they will play at the stadium belonging to the team they're facing. For example, say that they're playing the Cubs for an away game, the game will be at Wrigley Field.
The St Louis Cardinals
The St. Louis Cardinals have called three cities home in their history: St. Louis, Missouri; Phoenix, Arizona; and Chicago, Illinois. The team was originally founded in 1882 in St. Louis as the St. Louis Brown Stockings. They moved to Chicago in 1899 and became the Chicago Cardinals before relocating back to St. Louis in 1960. In 1988, the team moved to Phoenix and became the Arizona Cardinals.

St. Louis Cardinals were originally called the St. Louis Brown Stockings in 1875. In there debute year nobody hit a home run. The next year two people hit a homer - Denny Mack and Lip Pike. I'm not sure who hit it first.

If you mean the baseball team, they're in St. Louis MO. If you're referring to the "old" St. Louis Cardinals football team, they moved to Arizona. Previous to being in St. Louis they were in Chicago.
