I dont suggest using any other part of your body , but you can . You can use anything above the waist to hit a ball , but the problem is control . Are you able to control the ball from where you hit it ? this is why if a ball hits your arms and then hits you in the face you lose the point because it a double hit , as you are allowed to use your head in volleyball .
By using your hands, head. fingers and your four arms
Arms and Feet
Yes, you can use your arms and wrists as long as you use the volleyball passing technique or if your fist is closed. Having an open hand and raising your arms on the ball is an illegal lift that you will get called for in games.
hands and arms i spose lol ;)
To have fun, strengthen your arms, compete, improve, and make new friends! :)
your thy and arms
pumping your arms
In Volleyball the term "Fishing" is when someone brings their hands together to 'bump' a ball and in the process motions their hands in a arc, throwing their hands in front of themselves, this is what 'not to do.' The proper way to position your arms and hands is to fist one of your hands and than grab the fisted hand with your other hand, making sure not to cross your thumbs and than with both your hands locked together make a straight line from where your fisted hands are to the downward V shape that you make when preparing to 'bump' a ball. P.S. it was kind of hard to describe this gesture but I hope I was clear enough. :)
yes
Keep your hands together and make a flat platform with your arms. Be down low and when a ball is hut at you watch it hit your arms without moving your elbows. Use your shoulders to simply shrug towards the ball when it hits your arms.
to spike a volleyball you swing your arms behind your back and when you jump you reach for the ball, spiking it with your wrist.
Bumps/forearm passes: When you make a flat platform with your arms and let the ball bounce of your arms. sets/volleys: when you use your hands to pass up, usually for a hit. dig: when it's a really low ball and you are trying to get it up.
