NPPL mode is the paintball electric board setting which is allowed in NPPL tournaments. It is semi automatic (non ramping or full auto) which is capped (restricted) to 15 balls per second. This means that even if you are pulling the trigger 20 times a second, only 15 balls will shoot.
After 3 shots happening 1 second or closer to each other the 4th shot it auto, then if you let go you have 1 second to press tje trigger again or you have to do the 3 shot ramp again.
It is another name for Millennium Mode which is a "ramping" mode that is shoot a maximum of 15 bps after you have achieved 7.5 bps manually.
