Several things can help a player be unstoppable in spiking a volleyball.
Number One: The approach - The approach should be from the ten foot line.
Number Two: The stance - The player, if right handed should have their right hand in front of them and where their fist is in front of their chest and their left hand out backwards. This will help the player have a good balance to adapt to a bad set and it will also help the player move back or forward quickly because they are balanced. Just like a sprinter, thsi stance will help the player move out to spike quicker and help the player jump slightlt higher for a more comfortable spike.
Number Three: The hit - the person should hit the ball on top of their head and in front of their heads, very important, hit the ball at your highest point, and don't hit the ball barely over the net. If you are able to hit the ball at nine feet or higher, then that's where you should hit the ball.
Number four: Spiking the ball over and over - I hate to say this but I would always go my my tree, put a line with a piece of rope and practiced hitting the leaves with a spiking motion over and over. The best spikers practice technique and approach over and over.
