generally something like this x x x x x _________x___________________ the line is the net, obviously :) the x on the net represents the setter. as you get into higher leveled volleyball, it can differ and be a lot more strategical.

Serving order is the order in which the players on the court will serve. If a team wins serve, the player in the back right side of the court will serve first, the player in front of them next and so on as they rotate clockwise. The players must serve in this order. If the wrong player contacts the ball, the team automatically loses the point.

Serve Receive is a term used when the opposition is serving. To make it a bit easier to understand, turn the word around. Receive Serve. This means you are receiving a serve from the opposing side. When called out on the playing court, it also means get in to position to receive the ball. (Get down low with arms out)

A serve happens when the a team gets a point after the all drops on the opposite side or goes out. The team that got the point serves.

If the ball comes towards you and the ball is high, than set it. If the ball is low, than bump it.
