Your leg muscles are used a lot assuming your technique is right. You're lower back and abs are also used.

You mostly use muscles in your legs(hamstrings, quadriceps, ext.), if your technique is correct. Some of the arms are used as well, like biceps, deltoids,and maybe a little bit of triceps.

the arm... elbow, radius, wrist, humerus, clavicle and shoulder. basically all the muscles in the arm and maybe your legs if you step in whilst swinging the bat.
