Well if they have lacrosse for idiots...im would bet they do Improved: "Lacrosse for Dummies" is a good introduction to the sport, however it is written by Jim Hinkson, a Canadian box coach, and geared more toward box lacrosse. Hinkson also wrote a book called "The Fastest Game on Two Feet" which is totally box lacrosse. Both are great books, but may not be what you are looking for. "Lacrosse" by Donald Fisher is not just a great lacrosse book, it is a great book overall. A must for any player who wants to understand the roots of the game. As far as drills and techniques are concerned, almost any book in the library would suffice, as the market for such books is small, hence the talent of the writers is not diluted yet. I own a copy of "Lacrosse - Technique and Tradition" by Bob Scott. Originally written in the 1970s, it is dated, but effective. A lot of drills and techniques for teams and individuals. You will need to refer to USLacrosse.org for updates to some rules though.
