Well if they have Lacrosse for idiots...im would bet they do Improved: "Lacrosse for Dummies" is a good introduction to the sport, however it is written by Jim Hinkson, a Canadian box coach, and geared more toward box lacrosse. Hinkson also wrote a book called "The Fastest Game on Two Feet" which is totally box lacrosse. Both are great books, but may not be what you are looking for. "Lacrosse" by Donald Fisher is not just a great lacrosse book, it is a great book overall. A must for any player who wants to understand the roots of the game. As far as drills and techniques are concerned, almost any book in the library would suffice, as the market for such books is small, hence the talent of the writers is not diluted yet. I own a copy of "Lacrosse - Technique and Tradition" by Bob Scott. Originally written in the 1970s, it is dated, but effective. A lot of drills and techniques for teams and individuals. You will need to refer to USLacrosse.org for updates to some rules though.
Jeff Galloway's book on running
You realize that I am just a novice.
There are many good books written on the subject and all of them have something worthwhile for the novice hunter. Check out the sports section of your local library. Read a few issues of American Hunter (published by the NRA) and Guns & Ammo. Both magazines advertise books on hunting subjects. Visit the NRA website and follow the links to the books they sell. Try Amazon.com.
No he is very good but the best current player is Paul Rabil
The STX Sabre or the STX Summit.
stx stallion sc
Look at that Novice. He looks so handsome!
Try "War and Peace". It's a helluva lot more interesting than staring at a tank full of fish.
I put the game on novice because im not too good at video games.
if you are a novice i recommend you start with a gun safety course - hands on gun safety training from an expert is much better than any book - then ask the trainer for advice about further study about your specific gun and needs
I think it is a good lacrosse company for clothing not for buying equipment. I think the best lacrosse company would probably be STX.
Lacrosse Monkey and Sports Authority both carry good lacrosse goals. Dicks Sporting Goods and the LAX lacrosse site also have many available, each at various prices.
