There are 4 "jobs" a soccer player can have. They can be the goalie who is guarding the net at the end of the field, they can be a defender who are positioned in front of the goalie's box, a midfielder who is positioned in front of the defense, or a forward/attacker who is positioned in front of the midfielders. The 2 most popular ways to place a soccer team are 4 defence, 4 midfield, 2 forwards AND 4 defence, 3 midfield, 3 forwards (there is also the goalie, which there can only be 1 of).
the positions in soccer are: 3 forwards, 3 Midfields,3 defence, a sweeper(behind the defence), and the goalie
Attacking Midfielder-Right. An Attacking Midfielder usually plays between the Midfielders and Forwards.
Training for a specific position or area of the field (like forwards, outside midfield, etc)
left and right strickers or forwards
Anyone CAN score, but the main scorers are the stikers, aka forwards, the player whose position is closest to their opponent's goal
If your talking about soccer , yes. Any type of position in midfield or forward is good. Usually the "center" midfield is the best and the forwards ("stikers") are good too.
Soccer does help you exercise. If you're a midfield, then you can really work those glutes. goalies don't really get much. Forwards, kinda. Defenders get as much as the forwards.
the forward position is very important because it is their job to score, and be open for the pass from the midfielders and some times defenders. they also must follow the shot if the ball misses the goal, so they can put it back in.
