It's always about quality never about quantity. Plan out your practice and your objective each day. Make sure to motivate your athletes to give their 100% percent so they under train. When objective have been met and everything planned was done successfully Then that's enough.

Many schools don't. I wish mine did. Softball is a wonderful sport that teaches teamwork,cooperation, hand eye coordination, athletic skills, and much more. It can bring a lot of prestige to a school. More schools should have them.
