No. You can't pass the ball whilst on the ground, you must get up off the ground then resume play. A penalty is rewarded to the other team if you do pass it whilst on the ground. When you get up you may get up normally, try not to step too much but you may do so as you get up but when on your feet you can't step or it is a penalty. Hope it helped! <3

hold the ball up to your chess
a pop pass is a quick pass that mainly goes up. This is handy when trying to get it over the opposition although remember not to pass it to far and hard when doing it . It should just be a 'pop'
when passing a netball you have to throw from the chest if you want a good pass
Yes, it's the back pass rule.a free kick is given inside the box if the goalkeeper handles a pass from his teammates.it is not a penalty, and the defensive side can set up a wall like a normal free kick outside the box.
Both are similar in the fact the person who contacts or obstructs is out of play and the opposing team gets a penalty pass. Netball is a non-contact sport, so contact means you are touching the player or the ball while the player has the ball. Obstruction means while defending a player with your arms up, you need to be 3 feet (0.9 metres) away from the player with a ball. If you get called for obstruction you aren't standing 0.9 metres.
An estate should be set up as soon as possible. Any one can pass on anytime and the estate needs to be set up.
generally if the wing attack (WA) can not receive the centre pass then the goal attack (GA) will be the next in line. and so it is important that the GA always goes out for the centre pass as a back up for the WA
hmmm... Try rebooting it if it does not work im sorry
no
well of course it does whats netball without penalties i mean do you play it you have a circle and if you go to far and look up the persons skirt then that's a penalty or if theirs is long they mainly don't wear any so if youfall over and under then you get 2 points taken off and 2 penalties. cgdfhdfhs
