When you pitch a softball the first thing you do is hold the ball than you round your arm one time and when you get next to your hip let go. But when you round your arm make sure you take a big step/ stride.

Drop balls are pretty hard but its easy once you get the hang of it! First, start your normal fastball wind up then when you get to your snap, simply put your hand down by your side and turn it like your giving someone money. then just slapp it down by t

just flipping your hand over.

first, take the ball in your dominant hand (righty or lefty) then put your arm straight behind you. bring your elbow forward, then your wrist, aim towards your target, and let go of the ball. (make sure to snap your wrist!)

we use it as a type of change up. we place the ball in our hands as deep and tight as possible, and release it at the proper time. Fastballs are thrown with the fingertips on the seams.
