To co-ordinate a Netball shot is to make sure that both feet are facing the netball post when you receive the ball in the circle and the distance that you want to take the shot at.
When you do the split, as you bring your front leg in to meet and turn your back leg, turn your foot around, but keeping it grounded so you do not step, make sure that it is facing the goal post, and your co-ordination shall be spot on, and all you have to work on is the strenthg of your pass towards the goal.
Try practsing right in front of the goal post first and then move outwards, making sure that you're feet are facing the post, and your accuracy shall be right on.

penalty pass or shots are taken when obstruction has occured inthe shooting circle
In netball, GD (goal defence) defends the goal attack and trys to stop them getting the ball down the court. If the goal attack gets the ball into the circle and under the ring then the goal defence must defend him/her and attempt to catch the rebound if the shot misses. The goal defence must then help to pass the ball back down the court to their attacking team members.
NO you cannot score from a free pass but you can shoot if it was a penalty pass or shot in the goal circle. A penalty pass or shot is given if a player contacts or obstructs a person in the circle.
It is a blocked shot, not a shot on goal. To be counted as a shot on goal it has to be stopped by the goalie or a goal.
No player can touch the ball whilst another is holding it, if they do it is contact on the ball and a penalty pass, pass/shot is given.

Yes, if a shooter misses the shot then the opposition can try and take the ball or you can have another shot.
Football: Rebounds are when football players shoot at the goal, hits the goal frame or keeper and come back out the goal. A player could then take the oppurtunity to shoot again. Netball: Rebounds are when netball players are shooting in the goal. If they miss and the ball misses the ring, they are allowed to catch the ball and have another shot. If the ball hits the ring and then the player catches the ball, then they are not immedietly allowed to shoot again.
