Comprehend the whole passage in atleast two readings, look the question for which you gotta write the precis, find that portion in the comprehension passage, get eight points(keywords) from there, form it into sentences, use pronouns, use synonyms for those words(don't copy as it is), use single words for long sentences(that is comprehend the meaning, and get a single word for that), accomodate all the points in 60 words only( but its a rule to allow 60+2 or60-2 words).
