Women use a size 6 ball, instead of the size 7 for men. It is lighter and smaller than the men's. That is about all I think, basketball is not the sport to be sexist.

The size of a soccer ball does not depend on whether the game is played indoors or outdoors. In fact, it depends on how old the players are. If the player is approx. 4-8 years old they use a size 3, if they are approx. 8-12 years old they use a size 4, and if the player is 12+ they use a size 5, an adult size ball.
The heaviest will help you be use to playing soccer but for comfort I would recommend size 4 or 3

As long as it's hexagonal like the rest, its okay. You can use a round ball like playground ball but if you want to play a real soccer game, then use the hexagonal balls. Dont use hard ball like basketballs. Also dont use balls that are not round like footballs. Use balls that are a reasonable size. No smaller than a hexagonal soccer ball. :D hope this helped
well they used to use a "one size fits all" soccer ball but now they have different size soccer balls depending on what age group you are in. they also have been making soccer balls not out of leather but out of plastic/rubber so it doesn't hurt as much! hope this helped :)
