Ohhhh, there's a list of stuff you can learn in cheerleading. I myself am a cheerleader. You learn jumps like left and right herkies, spread eagles, toe touches, and many more. You also learn kicks and cheers.
Cheerleading can help you make friends, learn team work, and build self confidence
You learn cheers, stunts, jumps, and tumbling
Usually teams go to cheerleading camp together to learn their routines, or improve their skills.
Many gymnastics gyms have cheerleading classes where you can stunt, tumble, and jump. Your local community house or YMCA may also have cheer lessons to learn the basics.
well do gymnastics or have your parents teach u or do cheerleading!
To learn cheerleading, the best way is if you did dance or gymnastics before because they do tumbling and dancing through the routines that they teach you.So all you do is sign up to the bearest cheerleading team threre is.You learn by learning how do stunts. That's when you put someone up on the air,or even if you are short, you could go in the air.And you learn how to jump(Not like jumping for joy!)Like a toe touch, pike and herkie.ANd you learn other fun stuff!
If you ask me, the stunts are both the same. No matter what you cheer for, you have the same stunts, tumbling.
