You've got to be careful about this as none of the teams in London are named after a "town", but they tend to be named after their local area.
There aren't many at all. The only actual known one in England is Arsenal FC, the Legendary North London based team.

Aston Villa, Tottenham Hotspurs, Everton, West Ham and Port Vale are just a few that are not named after places.
Aston is an area now in birmingham, Tottenham is north london, Everton is an area in Liverpool West Ham is east London
