Step One
Stand on the board with your rear foot placed on the tail and your front foot between the middle of your board and the front bolts.
Step 2Place the ball of your rear foot in the middle of the board so that when you push the tail down, the ball of your foot feels the pressure.
Step 3Place your front foot nearly straight across the board.
Step 4Practice pushing down as fast as you can with your back foot and putting all your weight on the tail. This is the initial motion of the trick.
Step 5Notice that the harder you push, the more your board wants to keep going up once the tail is on the ground. You will use that motion in the next step.
Step 6Strike the tail on the ground and jump off with your rear foot as you slide your front foot up the board (so your knee moves toward your chest).
Step 7Drag the side of your foot up the board as you are jumping. This will cause the board to come up with your jump. Once both feet are in the air, the board will seem to stick to them.
Step 8Come back down
Ok man, you you sound like you know nothing about skating so I'm gonna put it straight. It is a trick called an 'ollie' the skater puts his back foot on the tail of the board and his front foot somewhere near the middle of the board. The skater then pops his back foot down and then slides his front foot towards the nose of the board. He then pushes both feet back down So all four wheels hit the ground at the same time. The 'ollie' is used in almost every trick in Skateboarding e.g. A 'kickflip' which is done by instead of sliding your front foot toward the nose you 'kick' your foot out to the side causing it to 'flip'. Hope this helped
It's called and ollie. It is called an ollie.
An Ollie is a skateboarding trick. It is basically a jump while on a skateboard.
Just like the long jump, the triple jump requires that a competitor begin his or her jump from a designated line called "the board". This line is typically much farther back and the jumper performs three individual jumps in one constant movement. Did you know that if a jumper starts his/her jump before reaching the board, the jump will be measured FROM the board?
Skateboarding rails are used for tricks on the skateboard. The rider can jump up on the rails and slide or "ride" the rail and jump off at the end. These rails are included in most skate parks or skate circuit design.
back of the board for your approach and front for the jump
first you got to learn how to do the trick and then just do the process faster for example to do a kick flip you pop the boardas if your doing a ollie and then kick the front corner of your board that's closest to you and then jump on top of the board when its doing the flip to do it faster kick harder
The cerebellum in the back part of the brain. It is what controls your balance and cordination which is key in skateboarding.
The current record for the highest ollie in skateboarding is held by Aldrin Garcia at 45 inches, set in 2011. The ollie is a fundamental skateboarding trick where the rider and board jump into the air without the use of hands, relying solely on the pop of the tail and slide of the front foot.
