first, buy a ripstik. some protection gear is needed. the ripstik can only be ridden with the nose in the front. the nose is the narrow end. place your non-dominant foot in the middle of the nose platform. level the ripstik out. with your non-dominant foot on the front, put all your weight on your back foot. with the back foot supporting your weight, push off and place your back foot on the middle of the back platform. if your foot ends up to far back or to front foward, just step off the board until you are perfect. after rolling in a straight line, start twisting at the hips. do not bend your feet foward and backward. simply twist your hips and legs and feet. twist anything below your hips in 1 direction. your shoulders should twist the other direction. you should feel your weight shifting. once you have got twisting down, lets learn turning and stopping. when turning, remember that the front foot controls which way you turn. to turn left, tilt your front foot to the left, or in your case, to the front and vice versa. the back foot determines how sharp your turn is. if yoe lean a lot back with your back foot, you'll get a sharp turn. to stop, just turn at a 90 degree angle until you face the direction you were traveling. then just tilt foward and step off the board. hope this helped!

All you do is put your back foot on the tail (at the end of your ripstik) and you front foot about in the middle of the front of your ripstik. As you push down hard on the end of the tail slide your front foot forward.
You can either buy a ripstik G or take off the plastic part in the middle of the board. To do that you first unscrew one of the two screws that are big in the back or front. Next you take off the sides of the ripstik. Next you take off the plastic part on the bar. Now put the sides back on and screws back in.
u just lift up the back of the board so it slides to a stop...
trust me its VERY HARD to learn.
