Compete in local events. Show 'em what you've got. Collect videos of your best performances and promote yourself on the web: YouTube, Facebook, etc...

Try to get sponsors.

you just got to be yourself. You can't make a certain type of 'style' guy/girl attracted to you.

Enter competitions and go to other Skateboarding events. Put videos on the internet of you performing tricks, you don't know who would look at them.
