An Ollie is a skateboarding trick. It is basically a jump while on a skateboard.

Should you get a bmx or a skateboard?
If you actually want to go somewhere besides the skate park or your neighborhood, go with a BMX-style bike. You can go farther while doing some tricks here and there, not to mention they're probably faster. If you want to do some major tricks, though, go with a skateboard. im pretty sure there is no way to fly in Mario kart wii but, if you do a trick by going up a ramp or hill and shake your wii remote while your in the air you perform a trick and a trick is just like flying in the air for a while and when you land from the air to the ground , the trick gives you a boost right when you land from doing your trick.
Can you get a DUI on a skateboard?
Possibly. While you dont drive a bicycle, people can get DUIs for riding a bicycle while drunk. It doesn't sound like a stretch then that people can get a DUI on a skateboard in some states.
