Well, just doing releves is helpful, practice makes perfect :-) But if you want something different to help strenghthen your calves/feet for releves, get a "theraband" and hook it over your foot. Pull the two ends of it back towards you (you should be sitting down for this) and then work on pointing and flexing your foot. The tension in the theraband puts more reisitance on your foot making you work harder to pointe it. It is a very good excercise, and is also very good for new pointe dancers.
I would have to recommend The Rock School for Dance Education.
There are many different exercises that can be used to strengthen your core. My first suggestion would be taking as many ballet classes you can. Basic ballet moves at the barre increase the muscles in your core used when dancing in the center. Another good method is to use ankle weights at the barre which increases the level or resistance. Aside from regular classes, I recommend working out at home or at the gym. Holding the plank position engages all of your muscles in your core along with other muscles in your body.

A ballet dancer would have the least need for excessive anaerobic strength training, such as heavy weightlifting. While strength is important, ballet primarily emphasizes flexibility, balance, and endurance, which are better developed through dance-specific exercises and techniques. The focus is more on controlled movements and body alignment rather than raw muscle mass.
It depends on your favorite type of dance. If you like more modern ballet, you would go with the English ballet. If you enjoy classical ballet, you would probably vote Russian. Personally, I like both.

I would recommend a ballet flat or a wedge
these are called pointe shoes and you should get them when your teacher says that you are ready...you can get them at any dance store that sells ballet shoes, and i would recommend using Suffolk or Blochs.
Very easily. But I wouldn't recommend it.It would be like making a boat or a house of out newspaper.

I would recommend not 3 exercises but 5. These are called the big Five. They are: Squats, Deadlift, Bench Press, Press, and Rowing. The protocol you use to do these exercises is up to you (but I recommend deadlifting at the most only once a week).
I don't think that you could combo the two.. but if you are looking to get into either dance I would recommend a local dance studio for classes.

Sit ups are not effective exercises and always are hard on the back/spine. Although you can use and an ab roller I would recommend you save the money and do exercises like planking. That are stabilization exercises.
Yes, exercises are always a good thing to do whether you are taking a driver job or not. I would recommend doing cardio exercises and some weight lifting to keep your body fit for the job.
Doctors have a tendency to try a lot of different treatments. If he recommended whole body vibration exercises, it is most likely because he/she has seen positive results in the past.
The type of exercises that will work for you really depend on your individual physical limitations. I would recommend consulting your doctor or physical therapist for an answer to this question to make sure that you do not perform an exercise that will injure your neck.
