You can just do your first class barefoot or in socks. But afterwards, schools would prefer you wear the standard outfit. Girls tend to wear a black leotard, pink tights and pink slippers. Boys usually wear a white T-shirt, black tights and black or white shoes. Or sometimes dance schools have a uniform. But normally you can wear anything for the first class, and then after you have definetely decided you are staying you get the uniform!
