Giselle is a romantic ballet, so typically in this style the ballerinas wear a low bun. They have a middle parting at the front with slight waves framing the face instead of the usual, more classical scraped back look.

What is a good way to put a bra like thing in a ballet leotard with a low back Not anything that is mean't to stick on please Thanks?

I've never done that, but I'm thinking that you could just take a normal bra and cut off the straps and the part that wraps around the body so that its just the cups left. Then you could just sew that straight into your leotard. Also, if you don't go to a very strict ballet school, you may be able to wear a sports bra under your leotard. I usually wear a black sportsbra underneath a black leotard that is really low in the front, I make the colors match so that its less noticable. But you could mix and match the colors.

What bra to wear with low back?

Some people don't wear a bra but it looks tacky unorganized and gross if you don't have a flat chest so a strapless bra or a bra with a color fabric of your skin tone or a clear bra or one with one of those really skinny straps in the back all of these will do just fine.

How do you sew a bra into a dress?

Depends on the bra and the dress. You need a dress with a good strong back (not elastic or too low), and if the dress is strapless its best to use a strapless bra.Put the bra on under the dress and put pins through the dress side seams into the bra (make sure not to poke yourself!).Pull out the front of the dress and make a mark on the bra straps where they meet the bottom of the dress straps or the top of the dress. Undo the back of the bra and take the dress off carefully (you may need help).Mark the bra and the dress where the pins were before you unpin it.Cut the back off the bra just beyond your marks then sew the sides of the bra onto the dress sideseams along the marks.Pin the bra straps onto the dress straps as you marked before.Put the whole thing back on and make sure that it all sits properly. You might need the straps a little looser than before. When you are happy take the dress off and sew the bra straps onto the bottom of the dress straps/top of the dress wherever you pinned it before and cut off the rest of the bra straps.Make sure to finish the cut edges of the bra if you think they might fray or show.

Differences between plunge bra and demi bra?

A plunge bra has cups that are diagonal (like a half moon), allowing a low neckline without the bra showing. A demi bra has cups that only come half way up the breasts, shaped more like a teacup.
