What is a good way to put a bra like thing in a ballet leotard with a low back Not anything that is mean't to stick on please Thanks?

I've never done that, but I'm thinking that you could just take a normal bra and cut off the straps and the part that wraps around the body so that its just the cups left. Then you could just sew that straight into your leotard. Also, if you don't go to a very strict Ballet school, you may be able to wear a sports bra under your leotard. I usually wear a black sportsbra underneath a black leotard that is really low in the front, I make the colors match so that its less noticable. But you could mix and match the colors.
