To keep thier toes healthy and to make pointing the foot outwards more comfortable. Pointe ballet dancers have to wear them so they can point on the very tip of thier toe.
You don't need a license to teach ballet. If you want to be a ballet teacher you need to have strong ballet technique, and good exprience. You need to understand that no ballet dancer should go en pointe befor teh age of 12 and what it takes to become a professional ballet dancer as many of your students may want to know this. receiving a B.F.A. in ballet for sure helps. What also helps is being a professional dancer, but this isn't required. Start out my finding a ballet school and contacting the school asking if they have jobs available. Create a good resume, too. Remember to always provide your ballet students with a challengng, but friendly atmosphere where they can improve. To be the best ballet teacher keep your dancers posted on their strengths and areas in need of improvemnet. Good luck!
Keep them relaxed.
I would say yes, but I don't know of any statistics or anything. But dancers who are overworked are more prone to injuries, so for a dancer who is overworked it is good to have great technique to help reduce the chance of getting an injury. But for a person who dances for maybe half the time of an overworked dancer isn't as likely to be injured because he/she wont be so physically exhausted when he/she dances and will be able to keep up with technique and stay careful.
Of course! And they have to do it every day. That's why most dancers, use a personal shaver to keep smooth for every performance.

It's like a competition for the dancers, and it's also a very popular conversation between the dancers too. We are in diet 24/7 to keep our body thin to make our lines look better. No one wants to see a fat ballet dancer in their tutus, and also no guys wants to lift a heavy girl either.
In ballet barre (which is the process of training ballet dancers) the instrument used is a piano. The music is broken down into phrases that fit the exercises at the barre. Usually, an accompanist attends the class and creates the music as they hear the teacher create the exercises. In ballets (on stage), a full orchestra is usually used to play the score created by the composer. The Musical Director can change the tempo at any time during the ballet, which challenges the dancers to keep up or slow down with the orchestra. Together, the music and the dance work together to create a full ballet performance!

No a horses ears unlike a humans ears do not keep growing with age.
They have thick ears for when they are swimming in the water to keep the insides dry and to keep there ears warm.
For most dancers, they start dancing around 3 or 4. Although, many start later (7-8). In order to get into a ballet academy, in the hope of becoming a professional, normally you have to be under 12 years old. These strict age limits are to ensure that the dancer has enough time to develop using good technique. Despite this common barrier in the ballet world, many professional dancers have become famous, having started ballet late in life. For example, Misty Copeland started ballet at the age 13 in a girls and boys club. But, keep in mind, most of these dancers had all the right characteristics to succeed, ie good feet, flexible, mental focus, lean body structure and passion! So, overall, if you want a chance to becoming a professional dancer (assuming everything else works out), you should probably start at the latest age of 8. Some others may say earlier or later. Ballet academies will have different opinions, but it is never too late to start dancing simply for the joy of it! :)
Keep them relaxed.
