This depends on whether you want to be healthy, fairly athletic, or fast. If you just want to have a good, healthy time, I would say anywhere under 20 minutes. If you actually run some, but not a whole lot, you should be more at 18 minutes or so; if you're at 15 minutes or under you're doing great. A fast time would be under 14 minutes.
