If your dirt bike won't go in first gear, it could be due to a few common issues. First, check the clutch; if it's not disengaging properly, it may be preventing you from shifting into gear. Additionally, there could be a problem with the transmission or shifter linkage. Finally, ensure that the bike is properly warmed up, as cold engines can sometimes make shifting difficult.

First put the bike in neutral and push it as fast as you can. Next jump on the bike about half way down the hill' right after you jump on, pull in the clutch, shift into 1st or 2nd gear, let off the clutch, and give the bike a little gas.
1st gear will always be your lowest gear no matter what bike you are on.
depending on the bike and surface you can start in 1st, 2nd and 3rd but most common gear to use is 2nd gear
if your talking about starting the engine up, its best to crank a bike up in neutral but you can in first if you hold the clutch in if you mean riding the bike if you try to go in say fourth gear the bike is likely to stall
clutch gone try putting into gear then start engine be ready to shut engine off
To roll start a dirtbike you need to be in nutural the start drifting down a hill and switch it into 1st gear, the engine will eventually kick on and you will need to give it gas. It requires some pretty good timing though. Hope that helps :)
The top speed of a MotoGP bike in 1st gear is typically around 80 to 100 km/h (50 to 62 mph), depending on factors like the specific bike model, gearing, and engine characteristics. However, MotoGP bikes are primarily designed for high speeds in higher gears, so their performance in 1st gear is not a focus. Riders usually shift to higher gears quickly to maximize speed and acceleration on the track.

the first thing you do is kick start you bike. Than you pull in the clutch and click down the gear shift wth your left foot. Than you let the clutch out slowly then you off!! the gearshift- after you pull in the clutch you click down to get in gear 1 than gear two ect. to get into neutral you click down to gear 1 than you click half way uppull the clutch aND KICK START YOUR BIKE. HOLD THE CLUTCH AND SWITCH 2 1ST GEAR. GIVE THE BIKE A LITTLE GAS AND LET GO OF THE CLUTCH. THEN WHEN YOUR RPMS ARE ALL THE WAY FULL LET OF THE GAS PULL THE CLUTCH SWITCH 2 2ND GEAR THEN GIVE IT GAS THEN KEEP DOING THOSE STEPS.... MABYE SOMEDAY ALL MEET U ONE THE TRACK, lata
i assume you're referring to the gears mounted on the back wheel. the larger(size) gear is 1, the smaller is 5, meaning 1 is low(relative) gear and 5 is high gear. same with a car.
Gears are a way of trading power for speed, or the other way around. In 1st gear you're strong but not very fast. A good choice to get moving.
