Oldest gold medalists in the 100 meter dash at the Summer Olympics:

Men: Allan Wells, Great Britain - 28 years old at the 1980 Games in Moscow.

Women: Fanny Blankers-Koen, Netherlands - 30 years old at the 1948 Games in London.

Don't think the above information is correct, seeing as Linford Christie was 32 when he won the 100m in Barcelona, in 1992.
