Calf muscle is the part toned by jogging.

We give different kind of works to all kind of organ/part in our body,except Calf muscle.That is the reason for people when they first jog/run they feel a calf muscle pain.After years of resting,when it starts work, it starts paining as the reason of the calf muscle starts fat burning in their parts. Before and After run Stretches will give a relief.

If you're a first time runner, don't take a calf muscle pain so seriously... It was natural!!
