Below is information based on a guess that you are refering to Woman's Artistic Gymnastics level 4. Also each coaches requirments can varry. Each USA Gymnastic Sport (six of them) have a level 4 so please specify which sport you are refering too.

Woman's Artistic Level 4

vault:

handstand fall to straight back on stack of mats

beam:

snap turn

leap (its small, so don't worry about it having to be 180!)

3/4 handstand

preparation turn on releve

stretch jump, tuck jump connected

1 second arebesque, 2 second scale

pivot turn

1 second twist dismount

floor:

split jump

handstand forward roll with straight arms

handstand bridge kickover

leap (again, not 180, in fact quite small, so enjoy not having to be horizontal while you can!)

split

back roll to push up with straight arms (.6 if they bend, so keep them straight!)

half turn on releve

roundoff back handspring

bars:

pike glide

straight leg pullover

front hip circle, cast, shoot through

mill circle

cut

cast, backhip circle, underswing

Each state has different qualifying scores, for Georgia the all around required to compete in the state meet is a 32.00.

they are the level which dont compete then they are team which do compete so you have to be team 2 to compete (there is no team 1)

well last year, 2009-2010 competition season you would need a 32.0 but i don't know if they changed it from last year.

You have to get an all around score of 32 or higher

You must place in the top 7 at States (not in your age group, out of everybody). I did it, but it is not easy, you have to be at the top of your game on that specific day.
