I think that if you want to go back you should!! You would probably start in level four and by the time high school is out you could be a level seven which is optional gymnastics :)
you should start elite gymnastics if you think you could go somewhere with it!
You could ask wiki answers or you could ask me. I do gymnastics, try me.
No, you could be injured, and cause yourself to feel worse
Yes, people who have had surgeries join gymnastics all of the time. But you should make sure to take it easy; dont do anything that could risk hurting you again.
If you could improve the question, we'd be able to answer you more effectively.
The subject of gymnastics could be turned into a great question by asking about particular gymnasts or events. For example, one question could be: Which country was awarded the gold medal for women's gymnastics in the 2008 Olympics?
Well, if you were doing it at home then you could go on you tube and type in level 3 gymnastics music but if you were doing it at a proper gymnastics then you could get it off of eBay or amazon.
For cheer you can wear spankies sports bra shirt and shorts and for gymnastics you wear a leotard which you could probably find at target or on a gymnastics website or they might have a gymnastics leotard you could buy and theres always eBay
You could, but if I were you I would go to your local gymnastics place/gym and ask a manager or someone at a front desk to get details about learning gymnastics.
Partly, gymnastics is alot more graceful while cheer is more sharp and quick. Gymnastics could help tumbling and flexibility. But do not take the style from gymnastics and try it with cheerleading because gymnastics has more graceful and "pretty- looking" skills. So, if you only took the tumbling and the flexibility ( for jumps ONLY) then yes it could help alot with your cheer tryout.
There is no most challenging skill in gymnastics. In gymnastics, you can always do a harder skill. For example, you could always twist more times around or flip more times.
Some sports do tend towards being on the loud side. I've never really thought of gymnastics in particular as being loud but I suppose it could be. Each school should probably be free to determine how noisy they permit their gymnasts to be. If noise is a problem, I recommend soundproofing the gymnasium.
