10 strikes in a row from frames 1 through 10 would be a 260, but you would still get to bowl 2 balls in the tenth frame so the score could be higher.

Its only possible to shoot 10 spares in a single game of Bowling. Also, each frame relies on the pin fall from the first ball, which is not the spare, so there is no definite answer.

If all 12 are in a single game, it's called a Perfect Game, or a 300 Game. If they span two games, it is sometimes referred to as an "Andy Varipapa 300 game."
