You improve co-ordination by doing simple things. One of them would be like throwing a ball to the wall and catching it with the other hand. Or having someone throw you a ball while you are turned around & you turn arund and try to catch it as fast as possble when they call your name. Very simple things wtih repetiton.

Conditioning is the best way when your body is stronger it makes doing gymnastics skill in general easier. Also practice practice practice!
