Well, Mary Lou Retton was the All-Around Olympic Champion at the 1984 Los Angeles games. Then, Carly Patterson one the All-Around competioin at the 2004 Athens Olympic Games. And recently, Nastia Liukin, was the Gold Medal Champ in the All-Arounds at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. All of these fine gymnasts were/are part of the United States Olympic Team.
