They are decent quality clubs, ideal for a beginner or game improver. But they are not really used by low handicap amateurs or professionals. They are ideal for beginners because they are cheap and easy to hit.
Correction: Ram did make Pro clubs (esp. irons) back in the day. In the 1970's and thru the 90's were Golden Ram Matched series, Golden Ram axials, Golden Ram Tour Grind, FX Forged, Tom Watson wedges and others that are amazingly excellent. They are not as good as they used to be. A lot of tour pros used to play them, but none now. They are a good set for beginners.
