Assuming a consistent rate throughout the race, 100 yards is 91.44 percent of 100 metres, therefore, dividing 9.6 seconds by 0.9144, and rounding to two decimal places, gives 9.6/0.9144 = 10.50 seconds.

I don't think there's a real conversion time for this, given that there's 10.4 meters between the two. but if you're running it in 9.6 seconds, you're most likely running a 10 second 100m. Hope this helps.

9.2 seconds for the 100 meter dash would break the existing world record by 0.36 seconds.
