How many apparatus are used by women in gymnastics? What is the rotation order of the women's apparatus? What do the women use on their hands on the apparatus the uneven bars? How long does a floor routine go for? How long is the beam?
The word "often" is an adverb of frequency. Generally speaking these words go immediately before the main verb (i.e., practices).
If you can do it, go ahead. but its not required.
On beam it should last about 1 minute and on bars it should be about 15 to 20 seconds. On beam they time you and if you go overtime its a deduction.
Well, if you were doing it at home then you could go on you tube and type in level 3 gymnastics music but if you were doing it at a proper gymnastics then you could get it off of eBay or amazon.
Well beam routines change depending on what level of gymnastics you are in. If you go httpto these websites you can see the different routines.] ://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oTUUf4H4RIk http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ETuU_TVPDjc http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ch74MYIHE8Y http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V4CvCkrCHfI
Gymnasts perform\compete at what is called a gymnastics meet, which is where gymnast in competitive gymnastics do a routine on every event (bars, beam, floor, and vault). Then once every gymnast has performed they have awards where gymnasts get placed by score in 1st through whatever place.
you should not rush your beam because it is only 1 to 3 tenths of your score so dont rush
Yes, why not!! Some kids may pick on you though, but have fun doing gymnastics. If you like gymnastics then go!! It's fun.
go to Woodward gymnastics camp over the summer. It has three locations. One in Pennsylvania, one in Wisconsin and one in California. They have up to four week long gymnastics camps and you can go there to learn alot!!
You don't "Play" Gymnastics, you "Do" Gymnastics. And anyways, You learn how to do stuff on beam, vault, bars, and my personal favorite, floor. Gymnastics takes a lot of hard word and dedication, and it takes a lot of time. You can also get hurt easily and maybe even die. It's probably tougher than any other sport out there. However, this is coming from a 13 year old girl... but still.
Depending on your level, your coach will tell you what needs to go into a routine and if you are ready to do these skills. From there you can ask your coach how to preform this skills and you can work from that until you can get that skill.
