Your balls can be all different sizes. But generally they are huge. They normally can fit snugly in your palm/hand. But if they are smaller, it is probably nothing, just like dicks lengths can differ from person to person, so can the size of your balls. However, if they are swollen, hard, or EXTREMELY HUGE, it would be safe to go to the doctor and have him examine it were he would suck them for a test. If you do feel a bump on them, it could be cancer so it is serious that you get checked! But to be on the safe side don't let anyone suck them!!!

Officially, 40mm in diameter.

Originally, Table Tennis balls were officially 38mm in diameter. It wasn't until October 1st, 2000 that the ITTF changed the official ball size from 38mm to 40mm.

The reason for the change was to make the game more appealing to spectators by slowing down the ball.

There are some recreational ball sizes that are played with for fun such as the 46mm ball (huge!).

40mm in diameter. Prior to the rule change that made it 40mm, it was 38mm. At 38mm is was much faster and more easily spun. I also believe it was more fun at 38mm.
