If a ball at rest is moved by the tumble weed, there is no penalty and the ball must be replaced.
If the ball is moving and the tumble weed hits it, there is again no penalty but you must play the ball as it lies.
Hole out is simply finishing a hole of golf, obviously by putting the ball in the hole.

Take it out of the hole and take a one shot penalty and place the ball no closer to the pin and in line with the hole.

You use a club to hit a ball into a hole.
In golf there is a certain number of strokes or hits of the ball that is required to finish the hole in, this is called par. If a person gets the ball into the hole one stroke or ball hit under par this is called birdie. It means you completed the hole faster than the average completion rate for the hole.
A Hole in One
no,if you hit the other persons ball and it goes in the hole it does not count.
Used in Golf, usually shouted after a player hits a shot. Meaning they want the ball to go in the hole.
You hit the ball with a putter, normally on the green, and try to roll it into the hole.
