Many claim that it's Baby Arizmendi at the age of just 10
The Ring magazine said that Baby Arizmendi was perhaps the youngest person ever to have become a professional boxer; he turned pro at the ripe old age of 13, although some swore he was only seven when he had his first pro fight. Others have him listed as 10.
I don't think anyone knows for sure but here's another list that I have:

Manuel Medina, who fought and defeated Scott Harrison and was then beaten in the return a year or 2 ago, he was 14 years old when he began boxing as a pro.
