Sixteen players have hit four home runs in a game. The last to do it was Josh Hamilton of the Texas Rangers on May 8, 2012 at Oriole Park at Camden Yards in Baltimore. Hamilton hit four two-run homers and a double against the Baltimore Orioles in a 10-3 Texas victory. He also accounted for eight runs batted in and 18 total bases during the game.
Duke Snider of the Brooklyn Dodgers hit four home runs in both the 1952 and 1955 World Series.
