Seems to me that according to the rules of Baseball [rule 4.10(a), 4.10(b)], a game cannot end in a tie. Extra innings are played until a victor is determined. If a game is called on account of rain, local curfew, or other reasons with the score tied [see rule 4.12(a) for examples of reasons], it becomes a suspended game and is continued and completed at a later date [rule 4.10(d)].

The only exceptions that I can think of was the All-Star Game in 1961 which was called on account of rain with the score tied, and the All-Star Game in 2002 when the two teams ran out of players able to pitch due to frequent substitutions made to ensure all players on the roster actually appeared on the field (and at that point the Commissioner himself declared the game would end in a tie). Both these games were exhibition games, and had no bearing on win-loss statistics for the particular teams.
