I doubt there's a problem. Breasts are often not the same on each side. It's common for one to be larger or a different shape. I assume the same is true for erect and not erect nipples.
I hope someone will come along who knows instead of guessing. Until then I wouldn't worry about it. If you cannot help worrying go to your OB/GYN or a breast care program in your area.
