sports can release your stress. no matter what your problem is, when you are out there playing, all the problems seem to go away. although it is not a solution to your problem, it can give you space so that you at least get a few moment without the problem being your concern. when you are playing any kind of sports, you have to put your mind into it and that's what make you feel as if your problem has gone. If not, it can also act as a medium for you to release your stress. You can kick, or shot, or do whatever that can make you feel better. When you do that with all your strenght, it can feel like you have transfer the problem away, far far away. And that's what i think the emotional benefits of sports. Sorry if I got it wrong. my grammar's suck. ;P
