Eat something with no carbs. Maybe fruit, mixed peanuts, pasta, or peanut butter and jelly. Maybe a 6" from subway would be nice. Don't go to Micky D's and get a Big Mac or a whole pile of food like Steak, green beans, and corn bread. I'd say maybe you could eat that 2-3 hours before the game.

Depends if you are playing or watching. If you are playing, eat carbs and some protein. If you are watching...I suggest you tailgate with some friends, have a hot dog and a beer.
