a good paint ball gun would be a smart part ion or any ego/eclipse, a boblong is even better, a shocker is pretty good!!!!!! get a ion or better. use a good empire or halo hopper. use a compressed air tank also!!! this will be better for your maker.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! from: nick 10156 a pm8 is the best gun you can get for your money. Its durable, has a great fire rate of a max of 30bps with a good hopper. You would definetely be gettin a run for your money

Good brands depend on what level and what type of playing you're doing.

Beginner level speedball: Spyders, Piranhas, Smart Parts

Intermediate level speedball: Proto, Smart Parts, Empire Invert

Advanced speedball: Dye, Planet Eclipse, Bob Long

Beginner Woodsball: Tippmann, JT

Intermediate Woodsball: Tippmann

Advanced Woodsball: Tippmann

Planet eclipse has made great markers for speedball, along with bob long, luxe, and smart parts. for woodsball, I would say tippmann or autococker, if its one specific marker, for woodsball, the new boblong scenario gun.

This is a fairly vague question but:

There is no true "best brand" because there is no "perfect marker" that is a sever improvement over any other gun.

It would be safe to say that for "speedball guns" some of the best brands would be Planet Eclipse or Dye, depending on what marker valve type is "best"

For woodsball, most would agree, the best Milsim markers come from Tiberius and Rap4.
