for each single shot markers themselves are not any more accurate than any other marker, the barrel can help with accuracy and shooting good paint is the easiest way to improve your accuracy. player skill is also a large determining factor, now if you are shooting a string of paint you are going to want a marker that has as little kick as possible so you can hold it as steady as possible, in which case look into a spool valve marker as they have the least kick out of any design

The only paintball gun that has significantly longer range and better accuracy is the Tiberius 4. It uses specially designed First Strike round which is the only was to significantly add range in paintball, and has rifling for better accuracy. Other then that, every paintball gun has nearly the same range (excluding flatline and apex barrels) and accuracy depends on paint-to-barrel match quality.

There is no specific "m16" paintball gun. there are several companies that sell paintball guns with m16 rails and shrouds. besides this, the barrel and quality of paint are in general what makes a gun accurate.
